Also did you follow the installation instructions? And did you run it as administrator?

Si, lo instalé como dice y todo, la actualización anterior iba muy bien, pero ahora con esta nueva cuando quiero inyectarla se bloquea.

What I get from the antivirus is that a Trojan may have it, I don't know if that would be safe.
