Authorization denied: wrong username/password?

I have the correct username and password, tried with both username and email and neither one wants to work for some reason. I've changed the password twice to confirm I have the correct password, ran as administrator, and completely redownloaded the launcher. Any idea what could be causing this and how I could fix this?
