You will need the vehicle name for both the base model and swapped model, you can refer to this list https://wiki.rage.mp/index.php?title=Vehicles for the names

- you must use the exact model name for example 

 

Step to step instructions:

Model Swapper -> Add Model To Swapper -> Shift+Enter -> input adder

Models List -> select adder -> Shift+Enter -> input infernus -> press Enter to toggle swapper

Now if you spawn an adder it will spawn it but with the infernus model, this was just an example, you can do it with any other models.

As long as a model in Models List is toggled, it will always be swapped.
