Can someone explain to me the reason that 2 accounts have already banned me using it only in private sessions with friends. Thank you

It doesn't matter in which session you use the menu. The main reason for bans is always the excessive use of Recovery options (no matter the lua or the menu itself)

UPD: I just checked two of my accounts where only my lua is used and sometimes recovery options from D2 itself, and none of them are banned

I use my account all the time, always the latest version, very often adds money through the Recovery options, and everything is fine.

Maybe people are mass reporting you, Are you griefing  people, I'm fine, I've had my account for 2 years on GTA, I've been using disturbed for a while too..
What options do you use most?
