I am currently having an issue properly assessing the in game modded menu (that's supposed to pop up on the left side of the screen). Although the screenshot doesn't show it, I did go into story mode first and still had the same issue. 

I've done all of the steps in the tutorial, along with redoing/redownloading everything, yet I can't figure this one out.

First of all I'd like to know if not touching recovery at all and just doing Cayo heists alone with god mode is safe. I won't teleport or anything

Second question is if I can re-enable BE whenever I want to play legit with my friends

Basic Things to Understand:

1. Usage: Depending on your license, you will be able to use the service a certain number of times (except for "Unlimited Recovery").

2. Money: There are several ways to generate money with the Basic license, such as Casino Chips, Night Club income, etc. (Better licenses will unlock more methods).

3. Stats: This section is the most difficult to understand.

Change Character Stats:
Choose the stat you want to modify and change the value to a number between 0 and 100.

To unlock fast run you need to modify the following parameters and set them all to -1:

Authoritative Stats:
If you want modify some stats and you see the warning "Server is Authoritative" you need Enable "Unrestricted Mode" (ty @Antrix for explain this).

Change Player RP.
There are 2 ways to change your Player RP.

1. Use the RP Multiplier and complete Missions.

2. Use the Stats Editor (Authoritative stat)

    $MPx_CHAR_SET_RP_GIFT_ADMIN

   and set the value (e.g., 2165850 for rank 120).

Cars: You can spawn any vehicle, as long as it is already available in the game (future DLC vehicles cannot be spawned). If you wish to keep it, you can save it through  "Network/Personal Vehicles/Save Personal Vehicles.

Useful Tips

1. Never obtain more money than you intend to spend. If you need 5 million, only get 5 million.

2. For casino chips, it's advisable to withdraw them every 24 or 48 hours (real-world time)

My stats are really messed up on legacy — for example, it says I have over -1 billion income and similar things.

Could an account become eligible after “fixing” the stats, or is it a one-time thing where, once your account is flagged, you will never be able to migrate it?

Spawning Cars Safely:
Is it low-risk to spawn a car, then use the Network tab to request/save it directly to my garage?

Leveling with RP Multiplier:
Does spamming Skydive Completions with a reputation multiplier boost level safely?

Legacy to Enhanced Migration:
Is fully modding on Legacy then migrating to Enhanced safer than modding directly on Enhanced, or equal risk?

Nightclub Safe Method Status:
Heard the Nightclub safe method is now detected and unsafe?
